Аннотация: одним из приоритетных направлений повышения конкурентоспособности и модернизации национальной экономики Казахстана является эффективное использование потенциала развития кластера в западном регионе страны.

Abstract: one of the priorities of improving the competitiveness and modernization of Kazakhstan national economy is the effective use of the potential of cluster development in the western region.

Abstract: in article the main forms of charity in development of secondary education of Western Siberia of the end of the 19th – the beginnings of the 20thcenturies are considered. Motives, characteristic features of each of philanthropy forms taking into account regional specifics, regularity of their development are given. As a result of studying of archival historical and pedagogical sources, the patronage transformation from «donation occasionally» to organized forms of public charity, and also the reason, that promoting is revealed.

Аннотация: в статье рассмотрены основные формы благотворительности в развитии среднего образования Западной Сибири конца 19 - начала 20 веков. Прослеживаются мотивы, характерные черты каждой из форм филантропии, темпы развития. Привлекаются архивные исторические и педагогические источники, делается вывод о трансформации благотворительности от разовых пожертвований к организованным общественным формам.
